| A formal declearation of alliance between the nation of Hutori and the nation of Jakania. The Alliance hereby States: -Both Nations are not bound to each others laws and or regulations -Nations will be independent of each other -Shall either nation enter into a conflict, so long as they are not the agressors, the other nation will provide support. Via medical, goods, and troops. -Both Nations are open for free trade -Upon both sides acceptence of this bill the Alliance will be in effect -Either nation may propose a bill to terminate the Alliance at any time, and it will be voted on within that nation. -Embassies will be set up in both nations for the other. |

| Message | Seeings that a key party did not vote on it last time, we are bringing this bill back up. If this bill passes we will send it to the people of Jakania for there approval. This treaty is vital to Hutori as it will bring us new allies and ensure peace. Not only that but it will allow us a new trading partner and in a time of conflict a partner to count on for aid should we need it. |

| Message | We need no more treaties especially any that call us into potential wars outside our areas of concern. What is more, and is indeed our main concern, is that our defence is based on hte NATO treaty, to promise military aid to none NATO aligned nations would reduce our abilities to commit to the NATO treaty therebye reducing our effective defence not increasing it. What concern is it of ours what happens to the Jakania Pact? Jakania is at the opposite end of Terra to us! |
