Message | The president never had the option of using force against strikers, so DSF doesnt understand the purposes of this bill. However we are against using any type of force against any striking labor group. |

Message | Upon seing the proposal, we must encourage the LCP to think about their decision. The Government does not gain the right to use force against Striking Workers through this bill, it just allows the military to be called upon durring serious emergencies such as Riots, Natural Disasters and etc. Not strikes. |

Message | "All workers have the right to strike" LCP change the Description (strike to demonstration). "serious emergencies" is a dangerous indefinite conception. The students and workers protests in may 68 was considered by De Gaulle as Riots. Natural Disasters is not alone a job for police force. (firefighters, hospital attendant, ambulance man,...). LCP fight against repressive bill and for democratic rights. Vote for a separation of the police and the military. |

Message | This is not France and no strike has ever or will ever be considered a riot in Jakania. Also, if a demonstration turns violent and the police force isnt capable to end the violence why not use the military? Do we let violence engulf the nation and threaten the lives of all Jakanians? No, the president, no matter who he/she is should always have the option of using the military to disperse a violent demonstration, especialy if it threatens the people of Jakania. |

Message | We agree with the LCP. It is not true that in Jakanian history, never force was used against demonstrators. In the year 2055, there were massive workers' demonstrations against the then bourgeois government, and this government did indeed use force against these demonstrators and strikers. We believe that the trade unions that organise a demonstration must organise a good Safety Service, that will prevent small minorities of riot makers to take part in the demonstration. However, the state, that one day can be under control of a bourgeois authoritarian party, should not be allowed to use force in this case. This is not a support for a violent society here, but the state shouldn't have the monopoly on violence |
