The Queen has felt that due to the progression of good politics in the nation that all government employees should receive a pay raise. She has also made it clear that the Royal Treasury would cover the costs for the pay raise, and not the National Treasury.

If the Queen wishes to institute a pay raise this can be arranged with the new budget.
