Message | Mr. Speaker, Who's to say what is considered false information? If the government doesn't like what someone publishes, could they consider it false information for purposes of prosecuting people for speaking out against the government? The Democratic Party is against any limitations of free speech. Jordan Eldridge, Democratic Party Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Currently even proven falsehoods are allowed to be published, which may be detrimental for a person or people's reputation and could restrict their future. This will just stop any libel being spreed. Stopping lying that affects others isn't a restriction on free speech but makes sure free speech is positive and not negative to the people. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
