Message | fine on the first two. The third we feel we should leave our options open until we enter into specific treaties with individual nations. |

Message | Protectorate whats wrong with the 3rd option look at it. "International Trade (This is a default in the absense of a specific free trade agreement or specific trade embargo)" So if there is a trade agreement this doesn't apply to that nation. And this: "The nation imposes reciprocal tariffs on imports, with no tariffs imposed on states which impose no tariffs on our exports." Why should we put no tariffs on nations that put tariffs on our goods? This only drives down the price of foriegn goods hurting the sales of domestic items because the price can be compared to foriegn items. |

Message | And also this law allows us to keep free trade with nations that currently have no tariffs either. |
