Message | The CUP rejects articles 2 and 4. Collective bargaining serves to give workers a voice in their place of work and their right to fight for fair wages should not be infringed upon. Additionally, the CUP rejects the notion of leaving all recreational drug commerce unregulated as this create a large drop in revenue and negatively impact the productivity of the nation. |
Date | 22:02:29, March 17, 2014 CET | From | Conservative Party of Vorona | To | Debating the Economic Act, May 3637 |
Message | The workers won't lose their voice whatsoever. In case they're unhappy with their work conditions, they are free to seek the State so that the government may look upon the legitimacy of their claims and, if positive, grant them the right to strike and prevent strikers of being fired. All in all, it will find a solution that will satisfy both sides without greater damages. The thing about collective bargaining is that it ends up as an abusive one-sided right as workers emphasize their interests over the interests of the nation, the taxpayers, the companies, etc., which are equally important. As for Article 4, the less the government gets involved in the Market, the better it will develop. By unregulating this matter, we let it free to develop in the proper way which will cause the opposite effect that you've mentioned. Igor Bardon RPV's Parliament Leader |
