MessageThe CUP rejects articles 2 and 4. Collective bargaining serves to give workers a voice in their place of work and their right to fight for fair wages should not be infringed upon. Additionally, the CUP rejects the notion of leaving all recreational drug commerce unregulated as this create a large drop in revenue and negatively impact the productivity of the nation.

MessageThe workers won't lose their voice whatsoever. In case they're unhappy with their work conditions, they are free to seek the State so that the government may look upon the legitimacy of their claims and, if positive, grant them the right to strike and prevent strikers of being fired. All in all, it will find a solution that will satisfy both sides without greater damages. The thing about collective bargaining is that it ends up as an abusive one-sided right as workers emphasize their interests over the interests of the nation, the taxpayers, the companies, etc., which are equally important.

As for Article 4, the less the government gets involved in the Market, the better it will develop. By unregulating this matter, we let it free to develop in the proper way which will cause the opposite effect that you've mentioned.

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.

Random quote: "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people and neither do we." - George W. Bush
