| The United Voice propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. While the Presidency has some latitude to spend on this project as part of their funding, a boost to the Justice department funding - with a specific earmark to the National Commission on Rutanian Values would assist in bringing about the most effective and efficient process possible. |
