| At the current the state gives subsidies for art and artists. We feel this is stagnating our artistic culture. How can the bureaucrats of Port Tackstov make decisions on the artistic culture of Bailon or Iker Ado. While this great nation has a shared cultural heritage each local area have their own particular culture which needs a voice. By centralising funding within the centre we are preventing talented local artists; reinforcing Port Tackstov as the be all and end all of Beluzia. Local government will be able to make the decisions which support local talent. This will lead to better art and betterment of people. |

Old value:: The government subsidises artistic institutions and some artists on a case by case basis.
Current: The government subsidises artistic institutions such as art schools and galleries, but does not subsidise individual artists.
Proposed: The subsidisation of art is left to local governments.
