| We believe Beluzia's stagnancy and cultural restrictions need a radical upheaval, with traditional roles for gender in promoting the sublime violence of destructive creativity needing challenging. Inheritance is not only cultural, through outdated and restrictive norms passed from parent to child, but also physical, with outmoded property and financial rights being passed on only through genetic linkage and not through emotion, passion, work or human existence. We wish to challenge that. Lastly, we encourage the stimulation of our cultural decadence through the acceptance of people who might flock to us, both to escape the oppression from neighbouring 'empires' and to contribute to our collective cultural vibrancy. We should not punish those individuals and we suggest legislation change accordingly. |
