Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Seats allocated as per the ratio of their seats in Imperial Council. 3 Seats from Communist party is reallocated to Caesar Party, NAP and UPP (as per their request). The Communist party contacted us and they willfully stay away from Cabinet this time. We hope this proposal satisfies all parties. |

Note that, the communists have enough votes to keep the Loyalists and IPP out of the cabinet. Anyway, IPP, its none of your concern, whatever it may be, we will sort out with the Loyalists :-) |
