Description[?]:
Why is the system created so that only wealthy parents can send their kids to school. We should reestablish public schooling so every kid in our nation shall have the possibility to go to school. Even though the current legaslation says that disadvantaged children will be issued scholarships and sponsor moneys, there exsist a big beaurecracy, several families will have to scrouge money to pay for their kids schooling and many others will face no money because of political decided standards. No Hobrazian should have to live like that. Let us reimplement public and free schooling for every child of Hobrazia. |

Message | I think that this will get shot down because many of our parties would prefer private schools to exist side-by-side with public schools instead. I vote yes though. |
