"Currently children may be allowed to buy to back products because some local governments have opted for this opition. That position is a dangerous ones that has serious health risks for our youth, the future of the nation. These tobaco companies will advertise and take advantage of them. We propose allowing only adults to purchase these products. No other regulations are attached to this bill and will not interfere in other smoking laws in place."- Dr. John Looper, Neurosurgeon Alorian General Hospital

The Phillipsian Party wholeheartedly supports this bill. We believe that tobacco must be regulated uniformly throughout Aloria, in a way that keeps it out of the reach of children, and the UAP has proposed just that.
