Description[?]:
As the central government threatens to restore their rule over West Shadar, we find it imperious that the Plebs arm themselves to defend the Plebeian Council from fascist assaults. In order to achieve that goal, the paramilitaries of the Plebeian parties shall be merged as the Red Brigades (Cohortes Rubrae), becoming the defence forces of the Plebeian government in West Shadar.
