| In accordance to the Special Situation laws in Selucia, the Special Situation declared in November 3656 and enforced in November 3658 remains in place. The Constitutional Amendment on Emergency states that the Minister of Defence takes full control over the armed forces of Selucia, in coordination with the head of state. In light of that, the Minister of Defence announces her taking control over the armed forces, and shall use them to defend the Plebeian Revolution from internal and external threat. Under the powers granted to her by the Constitution, the Minister of Defence Octavia Lampronia is authorised to place the Selucian Navy on alert, in response to Vanukuian aggression. | Message | Dear Senators, this is a clear breach of the constutitonal law. Threfore we want the constitutional court to clarfifie the follwing points: 1. Is the arrest without a warrent allowed in a special situation? 2. Was the special situation not automatically been put out of power, when the KLP forgot to bring up a vote after one year? 3.
