| Hereby instates that Aloria would have a lower crime and less threat of terror and more jobs to the people of Aloria if the Borders were strengthened to prevent Illegal Immigration. I. The Border a) The Border shall encompass the Republic of Aloria nation line. II. The Alorian Immigration Security (AIS) a) Creates the AIS under the Internal/Homeland Department b) Shall consist of a Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff, appointed by the Prime Minister. c) The Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff will manage the AIS fully and appoint all others within AIS. d) A Headquarters for AIS will be held in the Capital of Aloria. e) The President holds the power to decide how many officers there are to be employed. III. Border Security a) There will be a Security Booth on all roads that enter Aloria on the state line. b) Each Security Booth will hold 3-4 AIS Officers 24 hours, 7 days a week. c) For Requirements for entering Aloria see other Legislation defining it. d) The Requirements will be upheld by the officers. |
