A bill to allow free exploration of space. With the exception of weapon systems which cannot be launched into space from Hutori territory by anyone apart from government agencies with specific parliamentary approval for each launch. |

Message | No, its a field worth the effort to explore, but we cant allow a monoply on it. If space travel was only provided by some Company they could use it to create things that would hender the Governments ability to do its job. |
