His Excellency the Sublime Lord: Caliph Mukrin bin Ahmed so orders: The cancer of corruption has invaded this holy nation and places great burden on the Community and its resources while also slowing down development. It is intolerable and should be rooted out with force whenever it appears. Section 1 The Justice Ministry is directed to organise funding and staff for this new Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) Section 2 The ACC shall be led by a Chairman and a Vice Chairman and have in total five members.These shall be appointed by the Caliph. Section 3 Its mission is to fight corruption wherever it may rear its ugly head. The ACC is granted the authority to investigate every Kafuri, no matter his rank and all security and policing agencies are ordered to cooperate fully with it. Section 4 The ACC shall be composed of the following > The incumbent Justice Minister as Chairman > The Deputy Minister of Justice as Vice Chairman > Three Qadis (retired or still in active service) Section 5 With the divine authority invested in us, we hereby nominate the following to serve on the Commission. Chairman : Justice Minister Prince Faisal al-Razama Vice Chairman: Deputy Justice Minister Prince Musa al-Razama Qadi Prince Talal al-Razama Qadi Jibreel al- Ikraam Retired Qadi Yathrun al-Zakaria January 1, 3666 |
