To ensure that the subjects of His Excellency the Sublime Lord Caliph Mukrin bin Ahmed are well-informed, but to ensure that the information which they access is suitably reverent to His Excellency, the Shura humbly petitions His Excellency to decree:

- That the subjects of His Excellency shall henceforth have access to international internet connections, but only those that are appropriately mindful of the benevolence of His Excellency and the greatness of the Razama Caliphate, and
- That the subjects of His Excellency shall henceforth have access to international media content subject to the same conditions prescribed above.

The falsehoods spread by foreign enemies of the Umma are to dangerous to allow any liberalisation of these laws we fear. Enemies would only be too willing to take advantage of these laws to confuse and abuse the minds of the Umma.
