| So that His Excellency the Sublime Lord Caliph Mukrin bin Ahmed shall no longer be burdened by His Excellency's government's responsibility to dispose of waste produced by companies more than capable of disposing their own waste, the Shura humbly petitions His Excellency to decree: - That private companies shall henceforth be responsible for waste disposal, while His Excellency's government will dispose of household waste. |
