Description[?]:
Given recent instability to our north in Vanuku and to our south in Cobura, we find it prudent to ask Congress to allow the partial mobilization of the Zardic Armed Forces to secure the borders and allow rapid response to any situation. Field Marshall Fredrick Williams, Chair of the Combined Defense Staff 225,000 Zardic Army soldiers are to be mobilized with 125,000 stationed in positions across from the Vanuku border and 75,000 stationed near the Coburan border. 20,000 are to be stationed in and around Belage with 2000 stationed in Kostandian Bay and 3000 stationed to protect Limenstomo. The Zardic Navy will mobilize the Second Maritime Group consisting of 1 battle cruiser, 2 destroyers, 3 frigates, and 3 submarines and they will patrol the coast along with the relevant units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Zardic Air Force (ZAAF) will mobilize what fighters and aircraft are needed to ensure the protection of Zardugal. The Zardic National Guard is hereby federalized in Endahiro, Kalvario and Ingomo. Major General Jack Abrams will command the Army of the North (125,000+ national guard units+air units) and Lieutenant General Howard Baker will command the Army of the South (75,000+ national guard units+ air units). Naval command and command for the defense of Kostandian Bay goes to Admiral Joseph Pompendreaiu and command of the defense of Belgae and Limenstomo goes to Brigadier General Richard Daws. Commanders are forbade from engaging in action unless threatened or fired upon first or other orders are given to the military by Congress. |
