| Message | The treaty states that we recognize the copyrights of the other signatories of the treaty and they recognize ours. Without it there is nothing to stop them from ignoring our copyrights and allowing their citizens to steal our work. Copyrights are national law so just because something is copyrighted in Malivia, does not provide it protection in other countries. |
