Neutrality has usually no sense (generally, there may be some exceptions - it can be good for a small unimportant country if there is somebody strong enough, good and kindly, that garantee that neutrality ...). One have to defent the may principles (such as freedom, humen rights). Neutrality to aggressive leaders may be a self-destruction. |
