Message | We will introduce a proposal to bring this fully into operation as soon as the withdrawal from Prisoner rehablitaion treaty has taken effect. We beleive that those who are foundguilty of a crime should work to help repair the damage they have done to this nation by their actions. Further we beleive they should do so without pay! They can look after gardens of elderly, they can help repair roads, they can help repair the infrastructure of this nation that they have so foully abused. |

Message | The work made by the prisioners should be work in the benefit of the society untill this point i agree, but they should not be forced to do it without any benefit from themselves, the idea of being sent to a prision is to avoid that criminal to act on a negative way in the middle of the society, but if that criminal is doing something good for the society his setence should be revised and make it ligther, give something in return for that work so they could be rehabilitated into society. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." - H. L. Mencken |
