We demand an aristocracy " rule by the best", and like the ancients before us we distinguish this from an oligarchy "rule by the few". Titles shall be granted for skill, knowledge, achievement, and displaying of virtuous conduct. Illicit conduct may be cause for revoking of titles. Nobility will rule alongside elected representatives. |

Message | This policy doesn't fit our overgrown bureaucracy, regulation has flaws , but it was worth mentioning, as there is a place for MONARCH in our country according to the Supreme Law, (Article 1., 2b.)
