We would like to hear the opinions of our coalition partners on this proposal. We leave this proposal in the debate stage for 6 months until January except under two circumstances. If fellow coalition parties have concerns about the content of this proposal, we can extend that 6 month, or alternatively, if our coalition partners voice active support for this proposal during the debate stage it will go for a vote before the 6 month deadline. Not voicing any active opposition to this proposal will be deemed as support and the proposal will go to a vote after the 6 month period. |

Old value:: Religions are not permitted to promote themselves or advertise in any manner whatsoever.
Current: Religions are permitted to freely promote and advertise themselves.
Proposed: Religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The governments stance on religious schools.
Old value:: Religious schools are not allowed.
Current: Any religion may set up a school, with no regulations.
Proposed: Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning religions.
Old value:: Any form of religion is banned.
Current: There is an official state religion, but membership is completely voluntary.
