Gold and silver backed currency will be issued and the central bank eliminated. Fiat money in circulation will be gradually phased out so as to prevent excessive deflation from the monetary change.

MessageVRP gives it's word! Gold AND silver! On the subject of local currency this bill does not touch, the introduction of local currencies will probably buffer the currency switch more as national fiat slowly is taken out and local currencies put into the economy. Either which way it is gradual.
