| Message | OOC: I can understand increases in social services and education, as these are normally big government expenditures. But why does there seem to be an obsession with large military budgets? We must stop thinking about money in US dollar or real world currency terms. The RCR is a unique currency: 18 billion crowns is an immense amount of money. |
