MessageOpposed to change in retirement age. How is that fair to people 54 years old who were planning their leave next year and now they will have to work 5 additional years? Unless we include clause which will make possible for people who got promised to retire at 55 years old (possibly with a little smaller pension), our party will have doubts about voting this. State shouldn't break promises given to its people.
As ancients would say:
'Lex posterior derogat legi priori, sed in dubiis benigniora praeferenda sunt.'
New law replaces old, but where there are doubts more benign of solutions should apply.

MessageThe people that are 53 and 54 right now will be exempt from this and will still get to retire at 55, but it is to be enforced after that.
