Message | Opposed to change in retirement age. How is that fair to people 54 years old who were planning their leave next year and now they will have to work 5 additional years? Unless we include clause which will make possible for people who got promised to retire at 55 years old (possibly with a little smaller pension), our party will have doubts about voting this. State shouldn't break promises given to its people. As ancients would say: 'Lex posterior derogat legi priori, sed in dubiis benigniora praeferenda sunt.' New law replaces old, but where there are doubts more benign of solutions should apply. |

Message | The people that are 53 and 54 right now will be exempt from this and will still get to retire at 55, but it is to be enforced after that. |
