MessageAs mentioned before, Cobura is a third world nation, it wouldn't look quite right to our citizens for a nation as crippled as us to distribute aid to others.

MessageWe have now taken the stance that Charities (funded entirely by our great public!) shall deal with aid! Most peple have the heart to help their fellow man so we dont feel its necessary to tell the people to pay their taxes to pay for a natural disaster.
