Bill: Budget and business friendly tax proposal

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vanguard for Virtue & Righteousness

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3687

Description[?]:

Since the proportion of sales tax and corporate tax of capitalist alliance will lead to slight deficits we propose this version that is still less in both taxes then originally but is calculated to have a small surplus and is more encouraging of business growth. It should be noted that corporate taxes to some extent get passed unto the consumer in the form of higher prices to recoup losses, so this kills two birds with one stone since prices will still be lower then originally through tax cuts and less recoup costs. (Remember sales tax is a bigger revenue item and that it used to be 45 not so long ago)

MessageWe do in the end want corporate tax to be at 15%, but we want luxury sales tax to be at 30%, this will mean major budget cuts which we are ready for since the government has gone threw major privatization in the past years we will support this bill.
