SINCE the Kalistani conflict has diffused, we offer this bill to revert back to the way things were before. ARTICLE 1: This will repeal the "Edict of Embargo Against Hostile States," allowing trade and diplomacy with the powers contained in that bill. ARTICLE 2: There shall be no military draft except when the Republic has formally declared war. |
