| The Finance Minister, Jean Duquette, proposes to decrease tax rates to stimulate Rildanor's economy, which is currently suffering from stagnation and frequent recession. Rildanor saved up a lot of money in the past thanks to responsible spending practises, but the Ministry finds it necessary to enter into a deficit to stimulate the economy at this time. |
