The Finance Minister, Jean Duquette, proposes to decrease tax rates to stimulate Rildanor's economy, which is currently suffering from stagnation and frequent recession. Rildanor saved up a lot of money in the past thanks to responsible spending practises, but the Ministry finds it necessary to enter into a deficit to stimulate the economy at this time.

MessageWe will abstain, since only the highest tax brackets see their numbers cut. The GS would rather prefer tax cuts for the middle and working classes, not the wealthiest people in this country.
