Message | Mr. Speaker, I ask that the Majority at least vote on this measure. The people of the Republic have the right to quality and adequate healthcare, and that certainly is not being provided under the current system. I see no reason why these common sense proposals should not be adopted, but if the Majority does, then they should plainly say so by their votes. I yield. |
