In accordance with Barmenian Heritage, and in preserverance of such, yet with recognition that the business of the average citizen and their government is within the confines of the English speaker, the following shall be true; 1) The language of Jelbék and it's common tongue's, from which it came to be bastardized, shall be recognized as unofficial languages within the Republic of Barmenia. The people of Barmenia are free to speak this language, but on no accomidation shall there be made within the business of government, such as the Capital,public building's, or document's pertaining to the Legislative or Executive branches, a place where these language's shall be recognized as official. 2) The language of English is hereby recognized as the official language of the Republic of Barmenia. |
