| SINCE holding a valid ID is not necessary for most actions in which our citizens engage, no Hobrazian must be forced to carry one with him or her all of the time. However, identification will be required for the following actions: driving a motor vehicle, purchasing intoxicating substances, filling a prescription, voting in national elections, and registering at a national library. |
