Description[?]:
The Celestial Empire of Indrala has become the greatest threat to the independence and stability of the nations of Dovani. After replacing Luthori as the dominant colonial power on the continent, Indrala now threatens to reduce all the Dovani states to protectorates or to forcefully integrate them into their "tributary system". Their hypocritical "decolonization movement" is but the latest ruse used by the Indralan imperialists to undermine the sovereign empires on the continent. Indrala does not want the colonials to become independent, Indrala wants to gain all colonies for itself. Their ongoing war of aggression against the sovereign regime in Dankuk shows that Indrala does not only want to rule all colonies on Dovani, it wants to make itself the master of the entire continent. In light of these imperialist and expansionist threats against the freedom of the peoples of Dovani, the Kokkai condemns, in the strongest terms, the Minzhu Dynasty of Indrala, and expresses full support for the government of the Enlightened People's Republic of Dankuk.
