Message | Would you mind explaining Articles 2,3,and 5. |

Message | Article 2 refers to the Legality of Dueling, which is an ancient and old practice that is murder. We should not allow this to happen in modern times! It consists in shooting your enemy at a certain place you select, you march and then the one that shoots first is the winner... Article 3 is about curfew laws, which means that after certain hour in the night, the police can arrest you because of being on the street after the set hour. Nobody in a state of emergency would come out of their house... Article 5 proposes that criminals should be allowed to vote, regardless of the crime they may have commited. |

Message | We meant an explanation of your reasoning. We believe it is in the government's best interest to be able to institute a curfew in emergencies. So long as not abused, we see no problem with the concept of curfews. As for article 5, we believe suffrage should be used as an effective tool for maintain public order. If you betray your fellow citizens by committing a crime of sufficient proportion, you should lose your voice among them. |
