| The KCA proposes a premier adoption much like Alorias current system. This would mean that after the election in a debate form each party that has the most seats in the province will nominate a premier for that province that way we know who it is and it does not remain a mystery. If the party with the most seats does not nominate one the second party will and so on. This does not pertain to coalition governments, this means that if there is a coalition in that province and it is not the top party then it does not get governorship. So this means that a coalition might be in power in say Merkan in the Provincial Assembly like it is now, and currently no member of the coalition is the top party the KPJP is, this means that the KPJP gets to nominate not the coalition since they are not the top party. I hope you all agree with these resolution so we can fill in gaps in Kirlawas political system. :) |
