You have to put the decent law obeying citizens first and kill all criminal scum. Criminals shouldnīt have any rights.

MessageWe in Fasces Kromina agree.

Some say that killing criminals will just help increasing the crime rate, but this statement is false, democratic propaganda, for three reasons; Put them in jail, and they will be out soon. Remove them, and they will not come back. It is not rocket science, you know. Also, in prison, they are likely to meet others and plan what to do once they get out. Third, it is also important to actively prevent people from beginning a criminal career; Once you are in, you are not likely to ever get out, just take a peek at the record of any criminal - or is it perhaps better to vainly throw away the money provided by honest hardworking citizens on rehabilitation that leads nowhere and let the entire population take the hit?

With that said, death penalty will not entirely remove crime, but it WILL decrease the number of criminals.

There are atleast two reasons as to why we punish criminals: one is simply to punish them for doing something wrong, and one is to warn others so that they will not repeat it.

Some people WILL oppose us whatever we say, because the practice of death penalty "only exists in uncivilized nations".

Remember this: If you do nothing wrong, you will not die. We simply want to put the responsibility on the criminals.

MessageMost minor offenses would be carrying pot.. robbing a mini-mart... small time stuff, things that really don't need a death penalty.

MessageRobbying a mini-mart isnīt serious? Think of the people that work therer. They might become traumatized for their whole life.

MessageOh, so you in RNP regard robbing a mini-mart - or any other kind of robbing that does not involve extreme amounts of money - as "small time stuff"? In robbery, even if you are not killed or even physically injured, one will often be traumatized.
Tell us in FK this: Why should we EVER adapt standards that make it easier for criminal scum to take advantage of? Because it is good for the honest part of the population, or perhaps because you see it as a possibility if everything else fails to satisfy your selfish needs? WHY should we even let people who choose the criminal path to live? Why? They are only good for ruining good human lives, NOTHING else.

It's not like you suddenly are kidnapped by some secret policeforce and executed if you haven't done anything wrong. If you did something wrong, well, then you did simply not listen to the warnings.

Message... But it's not like you are kidnapped by a secret policeforce and executed if you have done something against the Law.

Fasces Kromina stands for Law, Justice and Order. What do you stand for?

MessageYour saying each person is either born to be a criminal or not. That we should just kill off the criminals because they were born that way. You believe in Fatalism too?

MessageNo, what we are saying is that we can prevent people from getting into the criminal career in the first place, and that those who do get to that point must be sacrificed for the greater good.

MessageI think we all know what happens when you start encourage fascists to kill people. Our party would like to steer clear of that sort of environment and so we will be voting no.

MessageHow do you prevent people from getting into a criminal career? Certainly not by executing people.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
