| As we have transitioned to become a peaceful nation, wars are not a huge issue for us anymore. Even in warfare, using biological and chemical weaponry is simply inhumane and an outrageous misuse of technology that continues to advance rapidly. We call on other members of the Federal Parliament to align with us in this bill to simply not allow chemical and biological warfare. |

Yes, it is true that we are a peaceful nation but nations cannot always sustain peace forever - if a nation was killing our Seluicans with chemical or biological weaponry we must have be able to use it to retaliate and further save Selucians lives. By not reserving we are making Selucians vulnerable. You do not know what nations are capable of. |
