Restoration of the House of Orléans-Vasser to the Throne of the Kingdom of Kanjor. *** Louis of the House of léans-Vasser and Villiers shall be enthroned as Louis III, Roi de Kanjor et La Tondelle. He shall receive all titles, lands, priveleges and rights that come with being the Monarch of the Royaume, for him and his heirs, from now until the end of days. -The Succession to the Monarchy of the Royaume du Kanjor and of the Domains thereunto belonging after His Most Sacred Majesty be regulated by this Act of Restoration, which limits it to the heirs of Louis III of the House of léans-Vasser and Villiers, as determined by equal primogeniture, religion, and legitimate birth. -- Anyone who is not in communion with the Catholic faith is permanently excluded from the succession. Marriage to a non-Catholic individual is acceptable, though children must be raised within the Catholic faith to be on the line of succession. --- The Monarch, regardless of gender, maintains the royal family name of Orléans-Vasser upon marriage. ---- If the list of the line of succession has been exhausted then a new noble family may be placed on the throne in consultation with and approval of the Government. The new King shall be enthroned by the Arch-Patriarch of the Theognosian Church in Ville de Saints upon the passage of this act. Admiral Phillipe de Mercobourg is hereby attainted. His lands, titles, rights and priveleges are revoked for him and all his heirs from now until the end of days. |
