Message | Mr. Speaker -- A casual observer of our society would not be able to distinguish Rutanians from anyone else in the world; even though a certain amount of diversity should be tolerated, we cannot and should not allow immigrants to populate our country with outsiders. We must preserve the integrity of our Rutania for Rutanians. The Steel and the Gray welcome tourists to our great country, but we do not want to encourage the fact that being Rutanian comes easy to anyone who wants it. It is a privilege to be Rutanian, and it should be a right only for those who are born to Rutanians. Gen. Fritz Reisen |

Message | Mr. Speaker -- We have, upon reflection, refined the articles of this bill to more accurately reflect the stated intentions of the proposal. -- Gen. Fritz |
