Message | Mr. Speaker -- Although the Steel and the Gray shy away from making it absolute and compulsory, we do believe that all Rutanians have a duty to their nation to provide their organs for transplant. This bill will still allow citizens to opt out of this mandate while fully allowing our health professionals access to the organs they so desperately need for transplant for their patients.
