If you want no racism in the work force you would not support this bill, people should be hired based on what they can do not the colour of their skin or what gender they are, if you hire someone who is not the best at what you are hiring them to do and then you reject the person who is the best, that will result in a weaker work force and an unfair racist work force. We cannot have that. |
