Description[?]:

Members of the Parliament,

The enactment of Executive Order X (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=415280) created the Combating and Eliminating Rogue Institutions and Peoples Program (CERIPP). Now, after 3 years, the program has been terminated and per the rules of the Executive Order Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=359058), the Parliament must now vote in order to make this law permanent.

For reference, the Executive Order created a program to combat domestic terrorism and if this bill is passed by the Parliament, it will become a permanent law until otherwise noted.

This bill must pass with a majority vote and will immediately come into effect upon passage.

Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek
