| -Dundorf shall officially be named the Republikaner Reich von Dundorf. Kaiser -Dundorf's Head of State shall be the Kaiser. -The Kaiser shall act within the best interests of the Dundorfian people, and shall be above the law to do so, however if the people find that the Kaiser is not acting within their interest it shall be up to the Imperial Senate to impeach them. -The Kaiser shall be able to create laws at his own whim, but such laws will not have the backing of the authority of the Senate until taken to a vote for a majority vote. -The Kaiser shall hold the power to raise or dissolve the Senate whenever he chooses, but the Supreme Court may have the power to nullify such decision of the Kaiser with a 2/3s vote in favor of such nullification. -The position of Kaiser shall be open to any citizen of noble birth. -If the Kaiser wishes to abdicate the throne a new Kaiser must be elected by the people in the Senate within one month of abdication announcement. -In the event that a Kaiser is killed while on the throne then the crown shall go to the President who will act as the acting-kaiser until the Senate may come together to elect a new Kaiser. -The Head of State shall not receive a salary, but will have the backing of he National Bank and all National Investments. -The Kaiser may not declare war without the permission of the Senate, but may send troops to defend the nation or its national interest, however this must be done with no more than 30,000 troops. -The Kaiser is the Commander in Chief of the Military. -The Kaiser must approve of all appointees. Präsident -The Head of Government shall be elected by the most popular party or coalition in the Senate. -The Head of Government shall run the day-to-day operations of the government, and shall appoint a group of ministers to assist. -The Head of Government shall be under the constitution and any laws of the state. -The Head of Government shall report to the Senate on the condition of the nation once a year. -The Head of Government shall be known as the President of Dundorf. -The President's salary shall be the same as a Senator. -The President may give commands to the military, but must gain permission from the Kaiser unless in the case of an emergency. -The President may not declare war. -Any natural born citizen may become President. Senat -The national legislature of Dundorf shall be known as the Imperial Senate. -The Senate shall have the task of creating government agencies, power of the purse, impeaching government officials, confirming appointees, declaring war, and make laws. -Any law passed by the Senate shall be sent to the Kaiser for approval, if approved, the law shall become the law of the land. If vetoed by the Kaiser it shall take a 2/3s vote to overturn the veto and enact the law. -The Senate may not pass any law that any law that would take away any basic freedom of a citizen, dispute the sovereignty of another state, or that goes against the Kaiser. -Senators must be elected from their district to represent their people. Senators are not above the law, but may be allowed to commit petty violation's while on official duty. -The Senate shall meet yearly for three years before an election. Imperial Court -The Imperial Court shall be the highest court in the land. -All laws made by the Senate or Kaiser shall be reviewed by the Imperial Court as constitutional or not. -There shall be eight Justices and one supreme Justice who are elected by the Kaiser and approved by the Senate. -Any ruling made by the Imperial Court is final. -Only the Imperial Court may overturn a ruling made by it or a lower court. - Justices shall receive a salary that is greater than that of a Senator. -No Justice is over the law, but may break petty laws while on duty. -A Justice may serve for life. Bundesland (states) -The five Dundorfian States are represented in the Senate by Senators. -No state may leave the Republic or declare war on the Republic or any state of the Republic. -States shall be run by an elected Governor. -States shall be headed by an appointed viceroy of the crown. - Governors shall be in office for 3 years with 3 reelections. -Viceroys shall hold position at the pleasure of the crown. -Viceroy will be paid by the crown, while the Governor is paid by the state. - States shall have their own governments, legislatures, and courts. -No state shall impose any tax or duties on any goods from one state to another. |
