Description[?]:
Honourable Presidium Members. Mr Speaker. Ms President. An investigation by the department of justice has revealed gross misconduct by LDP MP and current Minister Of Defence. David De Gura. Mr De Gura has been revealed to have used 2000 000 LOD for what may be regarded as personal expenses. Mr De Gura took this amount directly from the Lodamun defence budget. Further investigation has revealed Mr De Gura has abused his position of defence minister and signed off various separate amounts into his 4th bank account. Further investigation reveals he then purchased a yacht and has "wild" parties with numerous defence ministry personnel. We notify the presidium that Mr. De Gura will be resigning from his post and will step down from his LDP seat in the Presidium. I personally have filled charges against Mr. De Gura. Fraud and manipulation of government funds. We ask the president to consider a pardon. Under condition that he will never enter politics again. We will retire him permanently as the LDP. As to not defeat the ends of Justice we would like to inform the other members of the Presidium and the scandal is open to debate. Phillipa Corazona Minister of Justice |

Message | Mr. Speaker, in one of the previous debates your party seemed to find Mr. De Gura trustworthy, while you were attacking people of another party that were possibly much more trustworthy than him. Your party is in government for less than a year and allready you have a scandal in your ranks. Maybe this coalition wasn't the best move SLP could have done. Also, when someone steals 2 million LOD from the State, which is representing the people, you cannot possibly mean to ask for a pardon! This is outrageous. Mrs. President, since there is no Minister of Defence at the moment, we kindly ask you to follow procedures and to have another cabinet, or a cabinet reshuffle, proposed. Message | Mr. Speaker, honestly, we must admit that we appreciate your honesty. We suggest an investigation an perhaps a trial, otherwise the decision is up to the President. Albert Dewitte Judicial Expert for LNC |

Message | Ms. Speaker, I will go ahead and reshuffle cabinet. The GNRG cabinet proposal is still up for vote. Minister Of Defence. David De Gura. will be placed under house arrest until I find the final verdict. I do consider this treason, and as such there is a high probability that this will be treated in the way current law stipulates that we act: with a sentence to public execution. ~ Rachel Roy The President |

Message | Ms President. Our party makes a heartfelt plea for Mr De Guras life. He is 62 years old. He has served within the military structures. We ask for some mercy. We ask the president strip Mr de Gura of his military rank. You may choose to put him under house arrest for rest of his life or even a military prison. But do not take his life. This man is very wise in military tactics. He has been a good advisor within our ranks and the short period as defence minister. We plea for his life for the last time. It is ultimately up to the president and we will accept the final verdict regardless. Zach Valentinn LDP leader |

Message | Ms. Speaker, As a transition to the new judicial system, we will place this into the hands our Lodamun's Political parties. I will ask Ms. Phillipa Corazona, Minister of Justice, to put this up for vote. A yes vote of 2/3 majority will be for a pardon, and a no vote of 2/3 majority will be for capital punishment. Anything else will be considered a life sentence, stripping him of his rank and be Dismissed with Disgrace for Misconduct. ~ Rachel Roy The President |

Message | Mr. Speaker. Iv handed in my resignation as well as the other LDP ministers. We will have an internal reshuffle of our roles. Our party leader Zach Valentinn will be taking over justice responsibilities in the LDP. Il be in advisory role to him as well as hold his post of ACTING leader of the LDP. As I hvnt been internally voted in. We agree with this democratic process. Phillipa Corazona LDP deputy leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, in the past, in the Romanov-case, Minister of Defence Spinoy was held responsible for a security breach in a military base. Apart from that his carreer as a politician was impecable. He lost his political rights and did not get a pardon. Why would someone that steals from the state receive a pardon? In our opinion, the money has to be returned to the rightful owner, being Lodamun, and the responsible should be punished. We cannot tolerate a pardon. As you all will understand, it wouldn't be a good move to pardon Mr. De Gura. What would the people think? How would they respond to that? We should set an example. Paul Murphy-Spaak LNC chairman |

Message | Ms. Speaker, As President we have stepped down in favour of Rowan Argall. It has been called to our attention by other SLP members of government that we may have been in attendance at one of the yacht parties, and it did effect our performance poorly. We would like to thank Ms. Lillian Barker for taking over responsibilities that we should have been able to handle. I have been advised by those close to me that a very long trip might be in order. I always wondered what the beaches of Balthusia looked like. Stay strong Lodamun! ~ Rachel Roy former President |

Message | Ms. Speaker, We have been advised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that it would be best for the SLP to vote yes. Through chats with Godfrey Grant, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, it has become clear that we are in the process of attempting to get Balthusia to extradite Lodamese criminals. They have stipulated through a treaty that we change our laws to represent this, and the SLP is all in favour of getting the chance to properly punish these miscreants. Therefore, David de Gura will serve a life sentence. He will be stripped of all his titles, medals, honours, and rank. He has been Dismissed with Disgrace for Misconduct. As well, the monies taken from Lodamun will be taken from his estate. ~ Rowan Argall The President |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Mr. President, how do these Lodamese criminals get in Balthusia? What were they doing there? Do we want them to return? Can they be considered citizens of Lodamun? Albert Dewitte Judicial Expert for LNC |
