| The Restrictions on September Bill was passed nearly a century ago and remains legally in force, despite the fact it is archaic, anachronistic, superstitious, irrational and entirely at odds with the aspirations of the Lodamese people. September should regain full month status, and no longer be considered a "sub-month". The other provisions of the Bill, like the ridiculous interrogations of people born in September and the special taxes imposed on parents of children born in September, should similarly be repealed.
