| Given the continued persecution of Hosians and other religious denominations in Lodamun and the rigid totalitarian state "religion" of Lodamese Nationalism, we the Zardic Federation hereby enact legislation to discourage Zardic involvement with such a regime. 1. Karav Financial Services will be denied continued banking permits in Zardugal and by the end of six months from the ratification of this document, shall no longer operate in Zardugal or with any Zardic entity. Entity being defined as a Zardic citizen, a permanent resident, a passport holder, a group of Zardic persons or any organization or business based, with a majority of operations in Zardugal. 2. No Zardic company, organization, group or any other entity shall do business with a Lodamese entity or group or do business with the Government of Lodamun without the specific approval of the Finance Ministry. 3. No Zardic transport company or airline can provide services to members of the Lodamese Government. 4. Zardugal shall within all peaceful, diplomatic and non-violent and interventionist means encourage the freedom of religious practice in Lodamun and work to promote such freedom. 5. All religious or political refugees in Lodamun shall be given asylum in Zardugal. Zardugal will also assist other governments that given asylum to refugees in other nations. |
