Old value:: The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.

Any country, that has a problem with the current government policy concerning diplomatic immunity, is one that intends to send a diplomat who will break our laws. Foreign countries had not complained to the government when my party was in power. We are not going to give diplomats special treatment.
